Kendall Gray is the broker/owner of Tennessee Transactions and has over 11 years of experience closing hundreds of real estate transactions as both a former agent and now as the creator of a full-service transaction coordinating company. As the 2015 Local Chapter President of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Kendall has always focused on ways to support other REALTORS® in the industry. Noticing how the local real estate market was changing, Kendall created an advanced system to guide buyers and sellers through the closing process with concierge-level service freeing agents up to pursue new business!
Our Services
Our Approach
Our team has a systematic approach to everything from reviewing the file, caring for clients, and coordinating with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title agents and cooperating agents. We will schedule all appointments, follow up with paperwork, processes, and repairs, and supervise all moving parts of the transaction. We will let you know when inspections, final walk-throughs, and closings are scheduled. And we will complete all repair proposals and amendments according to your instructions. We are experienced and skilled to handle any issues that may come up!
