Kendall Gray is a licensed real estate broker with more than 14 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she has worked behind the scenes on nearly every type of transaction scenario — from straightforward closings to complex deals requiring creative solutions.
As the founder of Tennessee Transactions, Kendall created a transaction coordination service designed to provide real estate agents with something more than administrative support. Her goal is to offer broker-level insight and operational support that helps agents navigate contracts, maintain compliance, and keep transactions moving smoothly from contract to closing.
Because of her extensive experience, many agents rely on Kendall as a trusted resource when questions arise during a transaction. She is known for helping agents structure strong contracts, solve problems quickly, and maintain professionalism with clients and cooperating agents.
Kendall also enjoys supporting growing teams and helping newer agents develop strong transaction habits that set them up for long-term success. By customizing services to each team/agent’s workflow and brokerage requirements, she allows agents to stay focused on what they do best — building relationships and growing their business.
Based in Middle Tennessee, Kendall has lived in the Nashville area since 1992 and has built her career on a commitment to professionalism, service, and helping others succeed in the real estate industry.

Contract-to-Close Transaction Coordination (Buyer or Seller Side): $450 per transaction side.
We offer comprehensive transaction coordinating services from executed contract through closing, communication with all parties, deadline tracking, and compliance oversight, including broker requirements.
Contract Preparation & Submission: $100 per contract.
Our team ensures the preparation of the contract, facilitates execution by all parties, and drafts and manages any counteroffers through final acceptance.
Listing Package Preparation & Execution: $100 per listing.
We handle the preparation of listing documentation, disclosures, and required paperwork for agent and client signatures, ensuring a smooth transaction management experience.
MLS Listing Entry (with Photos, Disclosures & Description): $100 per listing.
Our accurate entry of listing details into the MLS includes photos, property descriptions, and required disclosures.

I understand that every agent’s real estate business operates at a different pace, which is why I offer Transaction Coordinating services on a flexible, per-transaction basis with no long-term contracts or minimum volume requirements. Agents are welcome to submit files through Dotloop as needed, whether occasionally or consistently, based on what best supports their workflow. There is no charge for transactions that terminate during the inspection period, as my goal is to be a supportive partner, not an added burden during uncertain deals. Volume pricing may be available for high-producing agents and teams, and while services are guaranteed during normal business hours, I am often available to assist on evenings and weekends when needed. My priority is to provide dependable, thoughtful support through the transaction desk tn that helps agents stay organized, protected, and focused on serving their clients as their transaction manager.
