As a licensed real estate broker with 14 years in real estate and more than 1,500 transaction sides of experience, I bring both industry knowledge and a genuine passion for the coordination side of the business. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and dedicated Transaction Coordinator since 2018, I truly enjoy the structure, organization, and problem-solving that happens behind the scenes of every successful closing. I take pride in being a reliable, detail-oriented partner for agents, ensuring timelines, communication, and compliance are handled with care and consistency. My approach is professional, calm, and service-focused, with the goal of making each transaction feel smooth and well-supported for both agents and their clients.
Our Services
Contract-to-Close Transaction Coordination (Buyer or Seller Side):
$450 per transaction side
Full coordination from executed contract through closing, including timeline management, communication with all parties, deadline tracking, and compliance oversight - including broker requirements.
Contract Preparation & Submission:
$100 per contract
Preparation, review for completeness, and professional submission of the purchase agreement and supporting documents to all parties.
Listing Package Preparation & Execution:
$100 per listing
Preparation of listing documentation, disclosures, and required paperwork for agent and client signatures.
MLS Listing Entry (with Photos, Disclosures & Description):
$100 per listing
Accurate entry of listing details into the MLS, including photos, property description, and required disclosures.
We work around YOU!
I understand that every agent’s business operates at a different pace, which is why services are offered on a flexible, per-transaction basis with no long-term contracts or minimum volume requirements. Agents are welcome to submit files as needed, whether occasionally or consistently, based on what best supports their workflow. There is no charge for transactions that terminate during the inspection period, as my goal is to be a supportive partner, not an added burden during uncertain deals. Volume pricing may be available for high-producing agents and teams, and while services are guaranteed during normal business hours, I am often available to assist on evenings and weekends when needed. My priority is to provide dependable, thoughtful support that helps agents stay organized, protected, and focused on serving their clients.
